MODOK's Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania feature design was apparently revealed after learning of its inclusion in the film.

Ant-Man and the Wasp along with his parents Hank Pym and Janet van Dyne fight against the powerful.

The film will also mark the MCU debut of Kathryn Newton as Scott's daughter Cassie, who acquires an Ant-Man-like suit.

Theories continue to swirl about Ant-Man and the Wasp: The Story of Quantumania, which is the inclusion of the comic book villain.

Following the premiere of the film's first images at San Diego Comic-Con, artist Pranesh Kumar took to Instagram with a new Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania fan.

The image shows MODOK's live-action design for the upcoming MCU trequel, which appears to reveal how the iconic villain will appear in the upcoming film.

In response to a comment on his post, Kumar said that while the live-action design of MODOK seen in the art is "fan art", he based it on a sketch from Ant-Man and the Wasp.
