Brad Johnson star of always - Dies At 62

The Hollywood Reporter on Thursday confirmed that actor Brad Johnson died in February of complications from COVID-19.

He is best known for his role in Steven Spielberg's fantasy drama Always 1989, in which he and Richard Dreyfuss fought for Holly Hunter's heart.

Johnson worked consistently in television and cable films in the 1990s and early 21st century and co-directed the Left Behind series. He is 62 years old.

Johnson, born in Arizona, was raised on a cattle ranch and dropped out of business school, only ashamed of his degree in receiving a rodend scholarship to the College of Southern Idaho.

It was always Johnson's first big acting concert, and although it didn't bring him a superstar, he was seldom out of work.
