The 50-year-old actress will star alongside Jamie Foxx in Netflix's Back in Action.

Diaz discussed his return as a guest on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and explained why Back in Action was the perfect title for his next film.

"I was like, so hey, guys, what’s the title of this? And they were like Back in Action," she recalled.

"I was like oh! I can really feel very connected to this character already."

She also admitted to being "nervous" and "excited" for her next adventure.

"It's kind of muscle memory. You know what I mean? I've been doing this for a long time. It's kind of a process. I just got back to it," she said. "But it's a little different."

The star, who worked with Annie in 2014 and Any Given Sunday with Foxx in 1999, said she helped reunite with an old friend.

"The last film I did was Annie with Jamie, so my first film was this one with Jamie," she said.

"He's so nice, so friendly, so professional, so talented. It's going to be a lot of fun to work with him."

His co-star, Back in Action, is famous for playing Diaz in front of the camera in the upcoming Netflix movie.

Ray's actor shared a phone clip canceling his resignation to the star, who has a thing for Mary.
