The accident happened when the motorcyclist crossed into the "Aquaman" and "Game of Thrones" star's lane and crashed into the left front of his Oldsmobile.

Momoa flagged down the driver to call 911, and Avagimyan was taken by ambulance to Northridge Hospital.
