Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck got married in Las Vegas
NEW YORK - Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck were married Saturday night in a passing chapel in Las Vega
ended a relationship that spanned more than two decades in two separate novels and made countless tabloid headlines.
Lopez announced his wedding on Sunday in his fan newsletter titled "We Did It." Lopez first announced her engagement in April in the same newsletter, "On the J Lo."
"Love is beautiful. Love is kind. And it turns out that love is patience. Twenty years of patience," Lopez wrote in a message signed by Jennifer Lynn Affleck.
Lopez wrote that the couple flew to Las Vegas on Saturday, waited in line for a license with four other couples and got married in the middle of the night at the Little White Chapel.
Lopez said the Bluetooth speaker played its short march along the way. He called it the best night of her life.
“Stay long and you'll probably have the best time of your life in Las Vegas at 12:30 in the morning in the Tunnel of Love with your kids.
News of their marriage first broke on Sunday after the Clark County Clerk's Office in Nevada revealed that the couple received a marriage license processed on Saturday.
