Jets Bench Zach Wilson, Mike White to Start Vs. Bears

Mentor Robert Saleh announced Wednesday that he has decided to sit Wilson as the starting quarterback against the Chicago Bea
rs and replace him with Mike White.
"Zach's career hasn't happened yet," Saleh said, adding that the deal was to "restore" the sophomore linebacker so Wilson could play again this season.
“It does not mean his death. Joe Flacco will act as White's backup, and Wilson won't be dy
namic against the Bears.
