Osbourne said the allegations destroyed his credibility in America.

Osbourne does not fit showrunners because She does not want to spend time in court.

The TV personality also denied rumors that She received a huge payment.

She has no plans to reconcile with his former partner Sheryl Underwood, who had a hand in the incident that led to her resignation.

Osbourne's documentary series, "Sharon Osbourne: To Hell & Back," premieres Monday.
