The Sea Beast (2022) Ending Explained

The Sea Beast on Netflix is a children's adventure film about an orphan named Maisie and a monster hunter named Jacob.

When they embark on a great adventure together, they find themselves in the middle of a decades-long war between animals and humans.

In The Sea Beast, large sea animals run through the ocean, making water a dangerous journey. This has been the case for hundreds of years, since the so-called "dark ages".

Captain Crow, the world's most famous hunter and gatherer, has been tracking a beast called The Red Bluster for 30 years.

However, when he and his crew - including his adopted son Jacob Holland - encountered the Bluster at sea, it spiraled out of control.

This did not sit well with the monarchs, who declared that Captain Crow's hunting days were over. The Royal Navy will take over.

In an effort to save the crew's life, Jacob proposes a deal. When they receive The Red Bluster, they continue their quest for the crown.

Maisie tells everyone that the history of the human-beast wars has been lied to by the monarchs. Her kingdom was paid for with the blood of people like Maisie's parents.
